Conchal Essence is the new brand of Rentals by OCC and the specialized vacation rental division of OCC Consultores S.A. The name has changed, but the local team and its experience managing homes in Reserva Conchal remain the same.
We offer condos, penthouses, townhouses and villas in several Reserva Conchal communities, including Bougainvillea, Roble Sabana, Jobo, Aromo, Llama del Bosque and Carao. Every home is carefully prepared before arrival, and all our rentals include access to the Reserva Conchal Beach Club, in front of Playa Conchal. Our concierge team can arrange restaurant reservations, grocery pre-stocking, private chefs, airport transfers, golf cart rentals, babysitting and tours throughout Guanacaste.
We provide full-service short-term rental management for homeowners in Reserva Conchal: listing optimization and marketing, revenue management, reservations and guest communication, professional housekeeping, on-site coordination and property maintenance coordination. Several owners have entrusted their homes to us for five years or more, and we support them in both English and Spanish.
Our office is in Santa Cruz, Guanacaste, 2 km north of the Brasilito/Huacas intersection, between the fire station and the Metropolitan Hospital. The team is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, and handles urgent matters for in-house guests outside those hours.
This was a gorgeous home. Super clean and a great location. Playa conchal has crystal clear blue waters. Beds in the unit were super comfortable. Felt very high end and kitchen and having laundry was a huge plus.

We always have the most amazing time in Reserva Conchal and this gorgeous condo was no different. The responsiveness of the host was perfect. We never had any issues with getting a hold of anyone if we had any questions or concerns. The condo itself was just like the photos and perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved how the living area was downstairs and the sleeping area was upstairs. The primary bedroom has a balcony overlooking the golf course with views of the ocean.

It was our first time at this condo, and we were very satisfied. We had a great time. The staff at Conchal Essence were excellent; they answered all our questions. The condo is in a great location, even though it's a bit far from the beach. They offer a free shuttle to the beach club, which was much more convenient for us. The condo's pool is also just a few steps away.
You can make reservations at the restaurants in the Reserve, so you practically don't need to leave for anything and can just relax and enjoy yourself.
